The living room area and the kitchen is surrounded by huge a veranda with east-south and south orientation, all of them facing the sea. At south-west there is an amazing view of other luxury villas and houses.
On the pool and spa area dominates a Venetian pergola with a comfortable bamboo sitting. This is a cool place with a superb ocean view, you can use anytime.
The pool is 3,5X3,5m and works with fresh water. It has water jets for spa and on demand blower jets for hydro massage.
